Welcome to Tirupati Digital Studio. By booking our photography or videography services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions governed under the leadership of our Owner & Director, Deepak Brahma. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking Advance & Payment Terms
- To secure your event date, a specific advance payment (token amount) is required at the time of booking.
- Dates will not be held or blocked without the receipt of the initial advance payment.
- The remaining balance amount must be cleared strictly according to the agreed timeline (usually on the final day of the shoot or before the raw data delivery).
2. Cancellation, Refunds & Rescheduling
- The booking advance amount is non-refundable, as we turn down other potential clients to reserve our dates for you.
- In case of rescheduling due to unavoidable emergencies, the client must notify us well in advance. Approval depends entirely on our team’s availability on the new requested dates.
3. Photography Deliverables & Delivery Timeline
- Standard editing and premium album delivery timelines vary depending on the wedding peak season (usually takes 4 to 8 weeks).
- Raw data will be shared with the client after full and final settlement of the billing amount.
- Clients are responsible for selecting album photos within the stipulated timeframe given by the studio.
4. Copyright & Creative Control
- Tirupati Digital Studio retains the copyright of all images and cinematic videos captured during the events.
- We reserve the right to display selected masterpiece shots/reels on our official website, portfolio, and social media platforms for promotional purposes.
